Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the BecomingHer website, paid appointments, programs, products, and experiences provided by BecomingHer with Felisha D. McCaskill LLC.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, booking a service, purchasing a product, or participating in a BecomingHer offering, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the applicable website, product, or service.
Services
BecomingHer with Felisha D. McCaskill LLC offers faith-based coaching, youth mentorship, speaking, leadership development, books, educational resources, and transformational experiences. Service descriptions, availability, duration, format, and pricing may vary and are provided on the applicable booking or purchase page.
Coaching and mentorship disclaimer
BecomingHer provides nonclinical, faith-based coaching, education, encouragement, and mentorship. Services are not therapy, clinical counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis intervention. Participation does not create a therapist-client, medical, legal, or fiduciary relationship. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional.
Youth mentorship
A parent or legal guardian must book and consent to services for a participant under 18. The parent or guardian is responsible for providing accurate information, remaining reachable, and determining whether the service is appropriate for the young person. BecomingHer may decline or end a youth session when consent, safety, or service-scope requirements are not satisfied.
Bookings and payment
Paid appointments must be paid in full at booking through the payment method shown on the booking page. A booking is confirmed only after payment and confirmation are completed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another third-party processor under that provider's terms.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Payments for paid coaching or mentorship sessions are nonrefundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session. Separate written agreements may establish different terms for speaking, organizational programs, retreats, sponsorships, or custom experiences.
Participant responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, attend scheduled services on time, and use the services and website lawfully. Results depend on many personal factors; BecomingHer does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, spiritual, financial, or other outcome.
Intellectual property
The BecomingHer name, H.E.R. framework, website content, written materials, videos, exercises, program materials, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to BecomingHer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Materials are provided for personal use and may not be copied, recorded, sold, distributed, taught, or commercially reused without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use third-party services, including Google, Stripe, YouTube, Amazon, Lulu, and Chica God Promised. BecomingHer is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, or terms of third-party services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BecomingHer and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, products, or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms, modify an offering, refuse service, or suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, nonpayment, misconduct, or protection of our community and business. Updated terms take effect when posted with a revised effective date.
